RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATION POLICY
- To confirm a room or an apartment you have to tell me your favorite accomodation, the number of people and the check in and check out date so I can verify the availability.
- To confirm the reservation of an apartment or a bedroom please send us an earnest of 50% by credit card using our booking form we will send to you.
- Please send the earnest within 7 days from your reservation
- Within 7 days from your reservation, please, send the booking form by fax at the number: (+39) 0577 941 268.
- Write in the fax your details, reservations dates and the agreed price.
- If we don’t receive your deposit we cannot reserve the apartment or the room.
- If you decide to cancel your reservation your deposit is left.
- If you don’t come for the check-in within 18.00, except a previous agreement for a different time, your booking is cancelled and your deposit is left.
