- the remaining 50% of the amount is charged 30 days before arrival (NOT REFUNDABLE)
Cancellation:
- in case of cancellation or changes up to 31 days before arrival, the 50% deposit, paid 90 days before arrival, will be retained by the property.
- in case of cancellation or changes within 30 days before arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will be retained by the property.
- in case of no-show the full amount of the stay will be withheld.
